  • Researched, organized, planned, wrote, and edited corporation manual specifying all procedures and policies for growing property management division of development firm.
  • Planned and coordinated purchases for offices, model apartments, and project clubhouse.

Originally managed by the Shaw Company, Madison, WI 
  • Managed 50 unit WHEDA/HUD project in Wausau including initial rent up phases with in-home interviews and financial screening.
  • Supervised on-site managers in Merrill for 30 unit site, including regular visits to review policy, interview residents, and check conditions of units and site.
  • Prepared lease agreements, Section 8 housing forms, and regularly evaluated resident income and assets. Mediated resident concerns and complaints.
  • Developed, wrote, and produced newsletters for both projects to inform residents of upcoming events, to motivate, and to educate regarding care of apartment space.
  • Consulted with WHEDA personnel, owners, property managers, and architects to assure compliance with federal and state regulations and to resolve construction and maintenance problems.
